Thank you for your interest in being a part of Sudbury's annual Nurtured Baby Expo! We are excited to have you take part and will be carefully selecting each and every vendor for the show, to make it the highest quality show.

Limited spaces in each business catagory. Your spot is not garanteed until full registration and payment is recieved. Each vendor registration must be approved by show officials before payment is sent.

The show will be on TBA . Set up will be friday evening from 5-8pm or saturday morning from 7:30-8:30am, and take down from 4-5pm. It is located at Valley Pentecostal Church in Hanmer. You will be able to pull up and unload right at the front doors before parking your vehicle out of the way.

Approved vendors will be advertised on this site, as well as promoted through various other venues and online applications. We would ask that all vendors do the same in promoting the show on your websites, facebook etc and we will be providing local vendors with postcard advertisements to share with customers and the public. Each vendor receives 2 VIP draw tickets each to either share with friends or to use as give-away draws/prizes in the lead up to the show. The VIP allows them to be entered into a special draw just for VIP ticket holders.

Please note that the early bird registration fee ENDS Dec 1st! The early bird fee is $90 per 8ft table, double booths available for $160. Starting Dec 1st the table fee is $110 per table incl HST. Tables are provided and you are required to bring your own fabric table covering and displays. FREE internet will be provided. Please see the list below for an idea of what to bring. IF you need electrical outlet available at your table, please NOTE it on the registration in the How Did You Hear About US line.

Vendor Checklist:

-Clean, solid colored table cloth

-Table display(s)

-Business signage: cannot be affixed to walls

-Table Incentive: each business is asked to have a Draw or coupons at their table

-100 items for the swag bags ( small samples, coupons, business magnets etc)

-Extension cords if need be

-Be prepared to be completely set up by 8:45 and do not take down until 4:00

-Vendors are responsible for completely clearing their table area at the end and ensuring it is left clean.

-Breastfeeding babies are welcome!
