Thank you for your interest in being a part of Orangeville's annual Nurtured Baby Expo! This event is the largest baby show the area has, and we are excited to be carefully selecting each and every vendor and participant for the show, to make it the highest quality show.

   The show will be on Saturday April 26th from 9-4. Set up will be from 6-8pm friday evening or 7-8:45am saturday, and take down from  4-5pm. It is located at the beautiful Horizons Event Centre, just off hwy 10 behind the Mono Plaza. 

   Approved vendors will be advertised on this site, as well as promoted through various other venues and online applications. We would ask that all vendors do the same in promoting the show on your websites, facebook etc and we will be providing local vendors with postcard advertisements to share with customers and the public. Each vendor will recieve 1 VIP draw ticket to GIVE AWAY using contests or to a loyal cutomer. This ticket is good for the VIP grand prize draw. You must send us the name of the person picking up the ticket and we will have the list at the door on the day of the event.

   Please note that the early bird registration fee ends Nov 1st!                            The early bird fee is $110 per 8x8 booth and $140 regular rate.                     Double booths are available for the early bird rate of $180 and regular rate of $240.                                                                                                                     We have 6 tables available in our small business marketplace for $75 each, which can be shared with one other business.                                                        Mommy Marketplace is $30 per table, please see the tab in the menu bar for all the info.

One 8 ft table per booth are provided and you are required to bring your own fabric table covering and displays. Please see the list below for an idea of what to bring. IF you need electrical outlet available at your table, please NOTE it on the registration in the How Did You Hear About US line.

*Note: If paying by paypal, please note on your payment your name and your business name.

Vendor Checklist:

-Clean, solid colored table cloth

-Table display(s)

-Business signage: cannot be affixed to walls

-Table Incentive: each business is asked to have a Draw or coupons at their table

-100 items for the swag bags ( small samples, coupons, business magnets etc)

-Extension cords if need be

-Be prepared to be completely set up by 8:45 and do not take down until 4:00

-Vendors are responsible for completely clearing their table area at the end and ensuring it is left clean.

-Breastfeeding babies are welcome!
